A gastronomic variation of the famous Negroni cocktail based on Mont Blanc Vodka with the addition of a French sweet aperitif and a bitter based on gentian and fresh cucumber juice.

Ingredients

60ml (1 oz) Mont Blanc Vodka
30ml (1 oz) French aperitif white wine
15ml (0,5 oz) Clarified cucumber juice*
3,5ml (0,1 oz) Sugar syrup
15ml (0,5 oz) Bitter

Method

01. * Peel cucumbers (1kg) and grind in a blender with 500 ml of purified water with a pulse (2 seconds each).
02. Then filter through the superbag.
